How long is the personal training session?
Since all programs are customized to your needs it depends on how fast you want to reach your goals. Most training sessions last either half an hour or a full hour depending on your desired goal. Most clients choose our half-hour session as it is full body workout using specific exercise routines designed to get you into shape and strengthen your muscles to help you lose those extra pounds.
How much does it cost?
Our personal training sessions vary in price as we can be purchased in either individual sessions or bought in bundles of classes. Depending on the number of sessions you purchase will determine the cost of each individual class. The best part is the FIRST class is FREE to try.
Why do I need this class if I am already in shape?
Our routines are specifically designed to enhance your skill set. Our extensive knowledge of exercise programming and design will keep you in shape and will help you prevent issues with your joints, tendons, and ligaments down the road regardless of fitness level.
What ages is this program appropriate for?
We recommend all ages whether you are young or old "Age is Not an Excuse!" If you are a parent or guardian purchasing this for your child, do not worry as we are experts in developing not lonely young athletes however also developing and instilling confidence. This program is great for parents to do with their children!
Will I need to purchase equipment to complete the training for this program?
