1 cup of dark chocolate chips (non dairy if you want to make this recipe Vegan)
In a large mixing bowl, combine nut butter and honey until they are mixed well. Fold in the oats and chocolate chips until combined.
In a glass or metal baking dish lined with parchment paper, spoon in mixture and press down firmly. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes or until firm. Remove from freezer and lift paper out of pan with oat mix. Lay oat mix on a cutting board and cut into 2 to 3 inch square bites.
Store in the refrigerator for best taste and consistency.
