Here at Personal 1 Fitness, we offer efficient personal training and nutrition programs tailored to your personal needs and goals. Our staff of certified professional trainers will evaluate your current physical status, assess your performance levels and set goals. We will then design and develop a personalized and comprehensive fitness regime consisting of exercise and diet to achieve optimum results.
Our in-house nutritionists manage the assessment program while developing a nutritional program just for you.
Our fitness program combines stretching, strength, and cardio to target upper and lower body and core. The 30-minute workout incorporates all of these aspects to maintain the client’s heart rate (with the application of a heart rate monitor) at an optimal rate to strengthen the entire body's systems.
For the person who dislikes the “big box” concept, our personal one-on-one 30 minute sessions convey as much privacy as desired. For the busy person, the 30-minute session provides a very efficient routine either 2 or 3 times a week. In addition, clients have the options of attending boot camp and yoga classes. For the more vital person, we can offer a very intensely focused personalized training package. For the athlete, the sessions are designed to engage the required muscle groups and strengthen and build stamina. For the more mature, our routines involve range of motion, stretching, cardio and general wellness protocols. P1F also offers an array of specialty “TARGET” programs like the 90-day Gutbuster program.
Ongoing contests provide the means for clients to virtually compete and gain points to be accrued for discounts etc. Also, clients are rewarded for referrals. Personal 1 sessions are less than half the cost of a normal gym training session.
Personal 1’s program combines nutrition, assessment, strength and conditioning elements into a coordinated one on one training program to promote a comprehensive wellness program.
