    What to lose weight in a fun, motivating environment? Personal 1 Fitness Fitness Bootcamp is a bodyweight based exercises movements, in an easy to follow dynamic experience.  Each class is an energetic and total body workout that is designed to help you lose weight, sculpt muscle, build core strength in a safe and fun environment. 

    Run by our top certified instructors, Personal 1 Fitness’s Boot Camp class is like no other. From cardiovascular to strength training exercises, this class will keep your heart rate elevated to ensure you’re burning off calories while your personal trainer guides you so that you maintain proper form during each activity. Safety is our priority, and our trainers will always modify each exercise to fit all of our participants’ needs. This class will help you lose weight and build muscle, and you’re guaranteed to have fun doing it to! Our intimate studio keeps things PERSONAL, which is exactly how we like it. You won’t get lost in a crowd of 50 members and find yourself struggling to keep up. Join in with a fun group of clients whom are all different shapes and sizes with different fitness levels, plus get that personal attention from your class instructor.The routine is always changing to keep our clients engaged and excited, so stop by and try a class out! It’s guaranteed to get your heart thumping!

    • What will Personal 1 Fitness Bootcamp do for me?

             

                Our Bootcamp classes are a fitness based routine designed for participants to lose weight, increase your cardio conditioning, strengthen and condition essential muscles in your body and most importantly help you feel fitter and stronger in a fun exciting environment!

    • How long are the Bootcamp classes?

             

                  These classes are programmed to last one hour. Using specific exercise routines accompanied by uptempo and uplifting music the class is designed to get you into shape and strengthen your muscles to help you lose those extra unwanted pounds.

     

    • How much does it cost?

             

              Bootcamp classes can be purchased in either individual sessions or bought in bundles of classes.  Depending on the number of sessions you purchase will determine the cost of each individual class. The best part is if you have one of our personal training packages these classes are included in your package!!!!

    • Why do I need this class if I am already in shape?

    ​

              Our routines are specifically designed to enhance your skill set. Our extensive knowledge of current and time-tested fitness exercises will keep you in shape and will help you prevent issues with your joints, tendons, and ligaments down the road.​​

    • What ages is this program appropriate for?

              We recommend all ages whether you are young or old and looking to learn some new moves and get fit this class is right for you.  If you are a parent or guardian purchasing this for your child, please ensure they are supervised during these activities. This program is great for parents to do with their children!

    • Will I need to purchase equipment to complete the training for this program?

             

              Not at all, we here at Personal 1 Fitness provide everything you need just bring comfortable shoes and clothes we will handle the rest.
